2024 Heggies Pizza Fundraising Information

Each year our club focuses on one main fundraiser.  As you are most likely aware, ice time is very expensive so this fundraiser is done to try and subsidize those costs, keeping our session fees as low as possible.  This year, we will again be selling Heggie’s frozen pizzas.  This has been a very successful fundraiser in the past-who doesn’t need frozen pizza in their freezer?

  • Pizza Sales Start  Nov. 10th: Orders and payments due Dec. 1st (Rice Lake) or Dec. 2nd (Cumberland). Pizza pick-up at the Cumberland Hockey Arena on Monday, Dec. 16th starting at 5:30pm-8pm You can download your sale materials here: 2024-2025 Heggies Pizza Order Form   2024-2025 Heggies Pizza Descriptions   Heggie’s Rules 2024
    **Unless your child started skating with our club on Nov. 3rd or 4th, you are required to participate in the Heggie’s Pizza Fundraiser, selling at least 15 pizzas per skater (20/family if you have multiple skaters).  Those that just started with the club are exempt from the fundraiser; however, we’d love to have your help.  If you are a family that is required to participate but would rather pay a buy-out, the buy-out is $100/skater in your family.  When selling pizzas, please have those purchasing from you either pay you in cash or write a check to you.  All orders and money are due no later than Sunday, Dec. 1st in Rice Lake and Monday, Dec. 2nd in Cumberland.  For payment, you can turn in cash and/or a check you make out to Northwoods Figure Skating Club (NFSC).  Do not turn in checks made out to “Heggie’s”.  Pizzas will then be delivered to the Cumberland Ice Arena on Monday, December 16th.  You may pick them up between 5:30 and 8:00pm.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
  • There is a $100 Fundraiser Buyout option for those not wishing to sell pizza.  This is per skater if multiple skaters in a family.
  • If not doing the buy-out, ALL skaters are required to sell pizza.  There is a minimum sale of 15 pizzas per skater.  IF you have multiple skaters in your family, the minimum sale per family is 20 pizzas.
  • Rewards will be given for top sellers in our club!
